Mantis Garden Tiller | How to Use Mantis Tillers

Mantis garden tillers are great little tillers for the residential gardener. In this video I show how I use our electric Mantis Tiller.

Electric Mantis Tiller Tips

1. Tie the electric cord in a granny knot to help keep it from coming un plugged.
2. I put the cord over my shoulder to keep it out of the tines.
3. Use a bright colored electric cord.

Other Mantis Tiller Tips

1. Pull the tiller through the soil as it tills, don’t let it go forward throw the soil.
2. Be sure to clean out debris from the tines after using..only do so when it is off or un-plugged for electric models.
3. Be sure to grease your Mantis Tiller as directed by the Mantis factory. I grease our electric Mantis Tiller yearly.
